At Direct Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return most unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your sports equipment or apparel is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags and documentation.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back using your preferred carrier.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
